Photos A&B: The owner of the condominium was having issues with persons entering the heated waiting area due to no lock existing on the original doors. We custom ordered new Red Oak doors that had an electronic locking device so that tenants would be able to open the doors from their condos. The original glass was also saved and re-used in the new units. This door features a new locking and intercom device (key-pad located to the right of the doors) along with a custom designed astragal to prevent anyone from prying open the doors at the lock.

Photos K&L: A white birch veneer door entranceway with double door appearence on exterior. This is a single entry unit with false door on right hand side from exterior view. The false door doesn't operate and is strictly there for appearance. Only the one operating door is visible from the interior. A beautiful unit that adds great curb appeal to the home.
